Want to take surveys and get paid for doing it?  Nothing sounds better than the idea of working from home and making a decent income doing so.  Now most people are not going to be able to quit their full time jobs to do this, however it is possible to earn a couple thousand dollars each month by filling out these 10-20 minute surveys.  Before you get started, here are a few tips:

1.    Don’t Deal With Free Sites

While you can take surveys and get paid from these free sites, often times the payout is not very high, or the payout simply is not given.  There are a lot of scam sites out there and unfortunately you find a lot of them through these free survey sites.  When you sign up for a paid survey site though, the survey database that you have access to is more moderated and you only end up with legitimate survey offers.

2.    Don’t Use The Advertised Payout Range As A Reason To Sign Up

Often times you will see survey sites boast that you can make up to $75 per survey or even up to $150 by taking part in a focus group of some sort.  It’s important though you do not get swayed by these figures since it’s not a good way of determining how much money you will make.  It is often more realistic that you will receive many more $10 survey offers and make the majority of your money by filling those out opposed to the higher paid surveys.

The last thing you need to know before you take surveys and get paid for doing so is which survey site to sign up with.  This is the most important thing to figure out.  Your best bet is to scour the Internet for many reviews of the survey sites you’re considering.
